Transfer Moulding
We have our own design of transfer moulding presses for moulding thermoset materials. These machines have up to 80 Tons clamp and a maximum shot weight of 135g.Transfer moulding is especially suited for parts which require inserts to be moulded in position or over-moulding and for short production runs. We can accommodate any size of production run. Specialising in short runs and one offs and are happy to work to call-off schedules carrying stock to allow a Kan Ban delivery system.
