Injection Moulding
Our range of injection moulding machines include;Arburg Allrounder machines equipped with horizontal and vertical clamping, split line & conventional injection & automatic unscrewing. With clamping forces from 20 tonnes to 85 tonnes they enable us to manufacture micro injection moulded components of less than 0.1 gram to larger products of approx. 0.25Kg.
Engel, a tie-bar-less machine with an extra large platen area, gives us the capacity to handle oversized moulds.
We can accommodate any size of production run. Specialising in short runs and one offs and are happy to work to call-off schedules carrying stock to allow a Kan Ban delivery system.

We have extensive experience of insert moulding, over-moulding & lost / soluble core moulding. We can also offer secondary operations including printing, assembly & specialist packing.
